Garlic & Herb Fish Cakes

225 g (8 oz) mashed potato
400 g (14 oz) tin tuna, thoroughly drained
4 tsp Schwartz Garlic & Herb Mashed Potato Seasoning
1 egg yolk
2 tbs flour
1 tbs oil
Mix mashed potato, tuna, Seasoning and egg yolk together. Divide
mixture into 8 and shape into patties. Toss in the flour. Grill
the fish cakes for 5-6 minutes on both sides and drain on kitchen
paper.
Serve as a starter with a dipping sauce or as a main course with
vegetables or salad.
