Alaskan Salmon Steaks RecipeAlaskan salmon steaks (6 to 8 oz. each) fresh
or frozen 1/4 cup butter, melted 1 1/2 tsp. soy sauce 1 Tbsp. lemon
juice 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 1 small clove garlic, crushed dash
Tabasco sauce Thaw salmon steaks if necessary. Combine remaining ingredients.
Mix well. Brush salmon steaks generously with mixture. Place on oiled cooking
grid over medium heat. Grill, allowing 10 minutes per inch of thickness
or until salmon flakes easily with fork. Turn once halfway through cooking
time. Baste frequently during cooking and once after taking salmon off grill.
