Honey & Mustard Sauce
Makes about 250ml (8 fl oz)
Ingredients:
6 tablespoons clear honey
3 tablespoons English or French mustard
1/2 teaspoon horseradish sauce
1 tablespoon cornflour
3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Put all the ingredients in a heavy-based saucepan and cook
over a gentle heat, stirring continuously, until the mixture
clears and thickens slightly.
Serve with hamburgers, steaks and chops.
