Hot Corn - you have been warned!
Sweetcorn cooked on the bbq and then rubbed in chili powder is a traditional dish in Mexico.
It's only for the brave but pretty tasty

Salmon - an excellent alternative to meat
Place a Salmon fillet onto a sheet of foil large enough to make a parcel.
Slice half a lemon and place onto the Salmon, then squeeze the other half over the fish. Season and wrap the foil to make a generous parcel and refrigerate overnight.
Cook on the barbeque for about 10 minutes - depending on thickness of fillet.
Serve with natural yoghurt, a Salad and crusty bread.

Spray a 12" square piece of tin foil with Fry Light cooking spray, add sliced mushrooms, some crushed garlic, salt and pepper to taste, wrap up in a parcel and place on BBQ for about 15-20 mins.
Serve with french bread lightly toasted on the BBQ.

Mustard Glazed Sausages
When cooking sausages on a barbeque coat generously with english mustard and then sprinkle with sugar. As the sausage cooks the mustard turns in a sweet sticky glaze, beautiful.
